Invisible Shield Technologies is a "Worth It LLC" corporation and was started by our founder and president, Gerald Worth.
Jerry graduated from queens college with a degree in business administration.
In the early 70's he started a chain of restaurants on Long Island and West Chester County of New York. These were very well known establishments and quite famous in their day. They included such icons as the Apple Annie's chain, The Bombay Bicycle Club, The Brass Monkey and the renowned "Penrods" the number 1 Disco-Tec on long Island NY for many years.
Jerry Worth sold the restaurants and clubs in 1998 and moved to South Florida where he started "Lube on Wheels" a mobile vehicle oil change and servicing company.
Using his entrepreneurial skills he started to franchise the business and expanded it to 17 states before taking the company public and then retiring.
Jerry came out of retirement in 2008 to start development of Invisible Shield Technologies.
He was joined in 2010 by Peter Coleman who is the the Chairman of Plans and Profiles, Inc. a Florida corporation specializing in business plans, feasibility studies and the writing of tailor-made computer software for small businesses.
Peter started the Plans & Profiles, Ltd, in 1976 in England and moved to the United States in 1992 and starting Plans & Profiles, Inc.
